Marquette is Dublin Airport’s largest food & beverage facility catering for up to 400,000 customers each day. The Marquette places emphasis on food quality and variety of the highest level. It caters for customers 24 hours a day in Terminal 1. With excess of 100,000 customers passing through each day, the Marquette must be capable of delivering exemplary standards on a continuous basis. Behind Marquette’s attractive Market foyer design lays a hub of service provisions which enables the unit to function at the highest level continuously.JAK provided full design and consultancy services for this project taking on board
